EXERCISE PROGRAM

As you begin using the ThinTea detox program it is important to understand your body will begin a process of healing and toxin removal. You will need to support your body with an adequate diet, water, rest and exercise. It is recommended you include 30 minutes of exercise each day and avoid/limit any vigorous exercise. Exercise is essential to get the blood moving and assist with toxin removal. However, if you don’t normally exercise we recommend starting slow to avoid putting extra stress on your body during the detoxification process.

The ThinTea Exercise Program contains high and low Intensity workouts, visual guides, suits all fitness levels & body types, and exercise circuits specifically targeted at your needs.

If in doubt, start at a lower level. You can always switch to a more difficult plan. The great thing is that all of the plans burn calories and all of the plans require commitment. As long as you give it your best at every workout, use the ThinTea Detox products, (and watch your calorie intake!), you will make progress, will burn calories, and will drop the pounds while getting stronger.
